The number 21 is meaningful because Down syndrome is also called Trisomy 21. It represents the extra copy of the 21st chromosome and reminds us that every person is wonderfully unique.

You’ll also see blue and yellow throughout the box. These colors stand for Down syndrome awareness and represent hope, acceptance, and unity.
